FEES, PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

FEES

  • Registration fee: $30 nonrefundable fir the first child, $25 for other siblings.

    This fee will include two camp T-shirts and registration processes. If an extra T-shirt is requested the cost is $10. This must be done at registration time.

COST PER WEEK

    • $65 per week per registered child.
    • Biweekly payments are $130 per child.

    Extended hours: 7:30 to 8am and from 5pm to 5:30 is $7 a day.

    *Important Information: For late pickups after 5:30pm parents are asked to pay $1 for every late minute directly to the monitors upon pickup.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

    Payment by instalments may be made with postdated cheques.

    Instant registration confirmation will be sent by email once registration is complete. Payment by cheque, interact, Visa or Master Card may be made on site. The initial $35 non-refundable fee will be made upon registration.

TRANSFER AND REFUND POLICY

  • A refund is given minus a $30 penalty per request upon notification of withdrawal from a camp program if the request for cancellation is made at the latest by noon on Monday of the previous week.

    No refund will be issued if this delay is not respected. All refunds will be processed within 30 days after the request date and following cashing of any amount still due.

    It is not possible to file a transfer or refund request online. Please see the secretarial office to do so.
