GENERAL INFORMATION

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

  • Drop off and pick up will be done at 7400 Fabre Street.

DRESSCODE

  • Camp T-shirt is mandatory on a daily basis.

ALLERGIES

  • Nuts and peanuts are prohibited at the camp. We kindly ask you to avoid products with the tag "may contain traces of peanuts."

LOST OBJECTS

  • A dedicated bin will be available for lost and found items.

    At the end of the summer, any object that has not been claimed will be donated.

    The camp is not responsible for any stolen, lost or broken items.

DEPARTURE AUTHORIZATION FORM

  • A written parents’ authorization form must be completed online or in person and must include:
     
    1) Names of both parents

    2) Name and relation of any other person authorized to pick up camper

    3) If camper leaves alone

    Any person picking up camper at the end of the day must sign the departure form daily.

LUNCH

  • Children must bring their own lunches.

    Lunch should include a main meal, drink and 2 snacks for snack breaks throughout the day.

    Children must also have their own water bottles.

PROHIBITED

  • All electronic devices including portable video games and MP3 players are not permitted in the camp.

OUTSIDE ACTIVITIES

  • Weather permitting: children will have a minimum of one outside activity each day.

THEMES AND GAMES

  • Each week, campers will be immersed in thematic activities and games inspired by the main theme of the camp.

SWIMMING AND SWIMMING TESTS

  • Weather permitting; swimming OR water activities will always be on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

    On your child’s first swimming session of the summer, your child must do a swimming test*. This test will be supervised by the pool’s lifeguards, and helps determine if your child needs a personal flotation device.

    All young children (4-6 years old) must wear a flotation device.

    *We reserve the right to do the test again during the summer, if necessary.
